Our Ninja 4 to 5-year-old classes are designed to improve your preschooler’s coordination. Our goal is that your child will associate fitness with fun. Your child will be encouraged to try new skills and activities, increasing self-confidence in the process. They will learn how to use hands and feet to climb different obstacles, using body control and balance.
Momentum’s Beginner NINJAgility classes are for the beginner looking to learn the basics to play and train safely while experiencing the joy of Ninja. In this class, the athlete will be introduced to the skills of Climbing, Balance and Agility and how to Condition and Stretch to maximize performance.
