  • We do not allow our Elite athletes to participate in other sports or activities that will consistently conflict with practices. Our Elite program requires a time commitment, therefore we ask these athletes to focus on this program substantially
  • Elite Teams will attend 7 -8 competitions per season
  • These are 1 or 2 day events
  • All Elite Teams will travel outside of Colorado at least once per season

  • We do not allow our All-Star Prep athletes to participate in any other sports or activities that will consistently conflict with practices. This program was designed to be less of a time, travel and financial commitment but is still a part of competitive cheerleading. It is important for every athlete be present at the most practices possible.
  • Prep teams will attend 4 competitions per season
  • These are one day events
  • No Prep teams will travel outside of Colorado. We will remain along the front range

Megan Wolf- Allstar Cheer Director

Megan was born and raised in Naperville, IL and began her athletic career at the age of three. She initially began in gymnastics where she competed through level 4, but quickly switched rolls when was introduced to cheerleading. She fell in love with cheer and competed with the world-renowned ICE Athletics for many years. She helped bring home countless national championships during her time at ICE and traveled all over the country. In 2009, Megan made the tough decision to leave all-star cheer for her high school varsity squad. She helped them bring home three consecutive top five finishes at state.

In 2013, Megan moved west for college and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In Nebraska, the main aspects of cheerleading are actually illegal in the school systems. A blessing in disguise, Megan looked for other opportunities to stay involved in cheerleading and came across Cheer Xpress, Lincoln’s premier competitive program. She began coaching tumbling and prep classes, but quickly became the head coach for multiple competitive teams. Megan was also fortunate enough to aid in coaching Cheer Xpress’s world’s team, which consecutively places in the top 15 year after year.

She graduated in 2017 with a B.S. in Marketing and moved a bit further west to be closer to family. She attempted the corporate world but quickly realized her heart belongs on the mat. Her passion is cheerleading and is so excited to share that with athletes here at Momentum.

C.A. Sears - Coach

C.A. cheered for Reinhardt University in Waleska GA from 2001-2004 and started coaching as junior in college at Ravens Elite Training Center in Canton then for Canton Gymnastics Academy. C.A. moved to CO and coached at Peak Athletics in Highlands Ranch for 6 years as a team and class coach and then as Rec Cheer and Tumble Manager. While at Peak, she also coached one season with Legend High School as an interim Head Coach (2015) when they placed 5th at State and 10th in the Nation for their Co-Ed division at Nationals.

Throughout her years of coaching, C.A. has held Levels 1-5 Credentials, coached all ages and levels of classes and Allstar teams, and done choreography for high school and Allstar teams. She cheered on Open Level 6 for Force Allstars out of Stone Mountain GA and in 2008, stepped in as an alternate for Cheersport Atlanta on an International Level 4 team. Her last team appearance was with Peak Athletics Co-ed Level 5 in 2015 where she made the team and 3 weeks later, tore her quad. Coaching seems to be something she can never hang up and we are excited and lucky to have her be a part of the Momentum Family!

Seth Colliver -Coach

Coach Seth started his cheerleading career when he was in high school in a small town in Missouri. He was not only the first male cheerleader at his school, but in the entire conference. From there he went on the cheer at the collegiate level at the University Of Missouri. Coach Seth realized that cheerleading and teaching were his passion early on and he has been coaching cheer since he was 16. While in college Seth started coaching a high school team and working at Judevine Center for Autism with children as a behavioral therapist assistant. Seth’s work with Varsity Spirit Corporation early in his career gave him the opportunity to coach in Korea, Nigeria, and China growing the sport of cheerleading.

Coach Seth is so excited to bring his passion and experience to Momentum. He is a strong believer in not only making children good athletes, but good people. He believes in empathy, discipline, and constant encouragement to help his athletes reach their full potential.

Shaun Jones -Coach

Hi! My name is Shaun Jones. I'm originally from Chicago, Illinois and I've been coaching cheer for twenty years.

As a college cheerleader I've had the opportunity to cheer at some very big games in some historic stadiums. My favorite memory involves not only one of those historic stadiums, but also a historic quarterback. In 1999 I was one of the University of Illinois Cheerleaders that travelled to Ann Arbor to cheer on our football team vs #9 ranked Michigan led by their quarterback, Mr. Tom Brady himself, in a sold out stadium of more than 110,000 loud, obnoxious fans. It was cold, loud and as expected, we were losing...badly (27-7) late in the 3rd quarter. All of a sudden Illinois scored 4 straight touchdowns and Illinois won the game! It was one of the most thrilling moments of my life as a cheerleader and one I wont ever forget...I'm sure Brady won't either since it's one of his few losses! As someone who has been in the industry for a long time, it's been refreshing to see the enthusiasm and excitement of such a young program. It reminds me why I started coaching and even why I continue to coach!

We love Momentum! Both of my daughters are in their All Star cheer program. The coaches are caring while also leading their athletes to progress in their skills. I have seen my daughters’ confidence grow exponentially. If you’re looking for a gym that makes you feel like family.

My 9 year old has done rec gymnastics here, then switched to cheer when they opened that program. Coach Megan and Kelsey are really great with the girls and parents. They keep the team working hard yet keep it fun. They are very professional and have a lot of experience.

One thing I really liked about the gym program was the progress ribbons and clear requirements for moving up the levels. We did not have this at other gyms we tried. I'm not sure if they will implement a similar system for the cheer program, but I do feel like we have great communication with the coaches.

Momentum is more than just an athletic facility. Besides their amazing attention to details, skilled and professional coaches and staff, and excellence in sports performance, they are a family of caring dedicated individuals that see you and your kids as people and not just a dollar sign walking in their doors. They are building a community of athletes that value hard work and dedication, but also realize that it should be fun and positive. They understand the value of keeping their structure and programs innovative and fresh. On the very rare chance there is any issue, I have always been met with a caring and sincere response followed by options to help. I recommend this group of amazing people to everyone I know because they are truly the very best. Brenda is especially amazing and always incredibly helpful and an enormous asset to this community.
