This clinic will teach athletes the fundamentals of an Arabian, which combines the entry of a back tuck with a half twist and the exit of a front tuck. Athletes should have a back tuck on the floor out of a round-off or back handspring, as well as a front tuck on floor. Coach Rian will help break down the timing and provide drills and hands on spotting to help athletes understand this skill and gain confidence and precision.
