Momentum Athletic Center was founded in 2016 by six parents who believed youth sports could be more than competition — it could be a foundation for life. What began as a small gymnastics gym with a handful of athletes has grown into a thriving two-location facility serving families across Parker, Castle Rock, Elizabeth, and Douglas County.
With 30,000 sq ft of training space and programs spanning preschool gymnastics, competitive gymnastics teams, All Star cheer, tumbling, NinjAGILITY, and the Extraordinary Athletes adaptive program, Momentum truly has something for every child at every stage. But what sets us apart isn’t just what we offer — it’s how we do it. Our coaches lead with heart, our culture is built on community, and our commitment to each athlete goes far beyond the mat or the floor. We build strong, confident, kind kids — and we’ve been doing it for nearly a decade.
