Intro to Parkour
Momentum’s Beginner NINJAgility classes are for the beginner looking to learn the basics to play and train safely while experiencing the joy of Ninja. In this class, the athlete will be introduced to the skills of Climbing, Balance and Agility and how to Condition and Stretch to maximize performance.


Intermediate NINJAgility
Intermediate NINJAgility is a twice-weekly 1 hour class. Momentum’s Intermediate NINJAgility classes are designed for more seasoned athletes looking to develop their current skill set and take their speed and power to the next level with skills, training and conditioning.
